  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth and well combined
  3. Add shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and green onions. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed
  4. Transfer mixture to an oven-safe baking dish, spreading it evenly
  5. If using blue cheese, sprinkle it over the top
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until dip is hot and bubbly with lightly golden top
  7. For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes
  8. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for best flavor. Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated for 24 hours before baking. For milder dip, reduce buffalo sauce to 1/4 cup. For spicier version, add extra 1/4 cup buffalo sauce and cayenne pepper.
