- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth and well combined
- Add shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and green onions. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed
- Transfer mixture to an oven-safe baking dish, spreading it evenly
- If using blue cheese, sprinkle it over the top
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until dip is hot and bubbly with lightly golden top
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for best flavor. Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated for 24 hours before baking. For milder dip, reduce buffalo sauce to 1/4 cup. For spicier version, add extra 1/4 cup buffalo sauce and cayenne pepper.
