Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice (optional, for extra citrus flavor)

Method

Instructions
  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly. Cut strawberries into quarters, cube the watermelon, halve the grapes, and slice the kiwi. Place all prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, fresh lime juice, lime zest, and orange juice if using. Continue whisking until the honey is completely dissolved and the dressing is smooth.
  3. Pour the honey lime dressing over the prepared fruits. Gently toss everything together until all fruits are evenly coated with the dressing. Be careful not to crush the softer fruits.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving if desired.

Notes

Use ripe but firm fruits that will hold their shape. Prepare fruits and dressing separately up to 24 hours in advance and combine 30 minutes before serving for best texture. Avoid fruits that brown quickly like apples and bananas unless serving immediately.
