Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • Tortilla chips or celery sticks for serving

Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 1.5-quart baking dish.
  2. Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is creamy.
  4. Transfer to baking dish and spread evenly. If using blue cheese, sprinkle it over the top.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the dip is hot and bubbly around the edges.
  6. Garnish and serve with chopped green onions and celery. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or celery sticks.

Notes

Shred chicken while warm for better texture. Ensure cream cheese is completely softened before mixing. For less spicy dip, reduce buffalo sauce to 1/4 cup and increase ranch dressing. Can be prepared 24 hours in advance and refrigerated.
