- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). If using a slow cooker, set it to low heat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Add the shredded chicken, 3/4 cup of the cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until everything is evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish or your slow cooker. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles if using.
- For oven method: Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top. For slow cooker method: Cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm with your favorite dippers.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for convenience, adjust buffalo sauce for heat preference, can be made ahead and refrigerated for 24 hours before baking, serves well with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.
